KSCORE
Pre-Licensure
In various locations, KSCORE offers free license classes offered through Kaplan Real Estate Education (where available). Check with us to see if there is a location near you.
Each state has different requirements to get licensed. Once enrolled in KSCORE, you will have six months to complete the courses and final exams for your state.
KW Prep
KW Prep offers free tools, tips and coaching taken from KW’s award-winning training, KW prep delivers the practical real world application needed for you to step into your real estate career with confidence or drive your existing business forward.
Continuing Ed
Continuing Ed classes, provided through Kaplan Real Estate Education (where available). KW agents get a discount for Kaplan courses. Check with us to see if there is a location near you.-
BOLD
Business Objective: A Life by Design
This 7-step program combines valuable, fundamental teachings with community support. Accountability practices accelerate agents’ growth in production. Held over the course of two months, four times per year, BOLD puts participants on the path to consistent achievement.
IGNITE
Ignite is a foundational course covering the skills it takes to become the real estate expert of choice. Ignite propels agents into immediate productivity while setting the foundation for success and growth in any market and any stage of their career.
Each Ignite day is divided up into two hours of hands-on instruction and two hours of lead generation using the Ignite Success System. Participants learn the business of real estate through four fundamental pillars:
- Becoming the real estate expert
- Creating a lead generation system based on your sphere of influence
- Creating a lead follow-up system using Command
- Managing the transaction from appointment to post-close
KW MAPS Coaching’s award-winning mastery program guides you to focus on solutions, gain awareness of your unique strengths and identify areas for development so that blind spots, gaps in skills or bad habits don’t get in the way of your success.
